Autism Aid at Giant - Part Time

Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Part-Time Autism Aide with the Giant Steps Preschool Program in Utah County. With a competitive wage of $17.33–$21.95/hour, you'll play an essential part in helping young learners develop skills that shape their future.

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 AM–3:30 PM
Compensation: $17.33–$21.95 DOE

• Support individualized learning plans and assist with classroom instruction
• Encourage social, communication, and behavioral skill development
• Help maintain a structured, safe, and positive classroom environment
• Assist students with daily routines and transitions
• Work closely with teachers and clinical staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism when working with young children
• Ability to follow established guidelines and adapt to changing needs
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check.
