Case Manager at Clubhouse (Thrift Store) - Full Time
Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full‑Time Case Manager in our Clubhouse Program in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will partner directly with adults living with mental illness, build skills, boost confidence, and stay connected to their community while also supporting daily operations of the Clubhouse thrift store and grounds. Competitive wage ranges from $21.15
–$29.58 per hour, offering growth while making a real impact each day.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (.edly aâg08 "-interval public) (Lunch is taken with clients).
Compensation: $21.15–$29.58 DOE and licensure.

What You'll Do As a Case Manager- Work alongside members during daily Clubhouse activities and shared responsibilities.
- Help members identify goals and develop individualized plans.
- Support employment, education, housing, and social skill development.
- Train and support members in Transitional Employment (TE) positions.
- Coordinate benefits, resources, and treatment team communication.
- Manage and maintain thrift store and Clubhouse grounds, including physically demanding tasks such as pulling weeds, raking leaves, salting walkways, and removing snow from sidewalks.
- Teach and model these vocational and maintenance skills to members as part of the work‑ordered använd day.
- Participate in social and recreational activities on select evenings and weekends.
- Maintain healthy boundaries while modeling a positive, strengths‑based approach.
- Bachelor’s degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license OR
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Basic understanding of Social Work principles.
- Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development.
- Ability to problem‑solve and maintain a client‑centered approach.
- Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing.
Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review, and criminal background check. After hire, you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from the Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
