The Heritage Community seeks to hire dedicated employees to work during our graveyard shift. We will hire a candidate who is successful in working independently, while also contributing as a team member for their department. We seek an incumbent who can be alert and attentive to provide a positive, safe milieu for the students in our care.

• Three shifts per week, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Saturday night shift runs until 8:00 AM. Work schedule will be coordinated upon hire.

• calculate a steady energy to stay awake, alert, and attentive during the night, and energetic in the morning to assist the students.
• demonstrate the ability to successfully coach september and mentor adolescents.
• maintain good energy and ability to work in all weather conditions.
• engage in an empathetic character, with the balance of tenacity and determination.
• possess good problem‑solving, decisiveness, and teamwork skills.
• be proficient in communication and interpersonal‑relationship skills.

• supervise the students during the night, providing a safe and secure, caregiving environment.
• use efficiently various mediation and intervention techniques to redirect students who may wake during the night, and need support and guidance during escalated moments.
• wake the students in the morning and supervise them during their initial morning tasks.
• ensure that all paperwork and documentation requirements are met in an effective manner.
• the Heritage Community is a smoke and vape free workplace.
