Electrician technician primary responsibilities. Pull wiring for skid mounted production equipment, primarily low voltage. Applicant will need to be familiar with bending, cutting, and threading conduit also installing and laying out cable tray for on skid devices. Will need to use tools to repair and maintain wiring and maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment. Applicant will need to possess a basic understanding of electrical circuitry.
Wire sizing for equipment power demand, and the use and application of electrical materials to include but not limited to: enclosure, conduit, wiring best practices, connections, electrical junction boxes and various other electrical related infrastructure. Some heavy lifting and extended work days will be required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Journeyman experience or the completion of an apprenticeship program.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment.
- Awareness of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.
- Motivated self-starter who can manage projects and make decisions.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.
