Are you an experienced sales professional looking to take ownership of client relationships and drive long-term growth? Do you have an energetic personality and a passion for sports? If so, our client may be your new home. They are one of the fastest-growing athletic brands in the country, and we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue
  • Conduct regular account reviews and business planning sessions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to support client success
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or client relationship management
  • Proven track record of growing and retaining accounts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze account performance and develop strategic growth plans
