Hey there! As a Mid-Funnel Sales Development Representative at Bamboo
HR, you help turn mid-funnel marketing leads into sales opportunities and convert prospects into clients who can explore our software.
Your day-to-day adventures as an MSDR at Bamboo
HR will include:
- Being the go-to guru for our leads, sparking interest through discovery and sharing knowledge about Bamboo
HR’s product - Qualifying potential clients to set up meetings for our Account Executives
- Making inbound calls to our marketing leads on a daily basis
- Showing up full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (no nights or weekends)

What You Need to Get the Job Done- You have proven sales or marketing experience
- You can articulate value propositions via phone and email and apply them to Bamboo
HR’s product - You can identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Collaboration and negotiation are strengths, and you communicate effectively
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are highly motivated and self-driven
- You maintain a positive attitude, resilience, and openness to growth
- You are team-oriented and supportive of peers
- You are coachable and able to implement feedback
- You engage with customers in a positive and approachable way
- 1+ year of Sales or SDR experience is preferred
