If so, this may be the opportunity you’ve been searching for. In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory targeting clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, and sell additional solutions to existing clients.
Your daily tasks will include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads from established business partners, assessing client or prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions, and spending time in the field (when “normal” life resumes) closing business.
No prior sales experience? No worries. We provide high-quality sales training and teach you how to use the latest sales technology. Responsibilities
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and collaboratively within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and meet sales goals.
Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing targeted sales strategies.
Deepen relationships within existing accounts, building lifelong friendships.
Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, demonstrating professionalism and high ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

• Positive Self-Starter:
Upbeat, persistent, comfortable cold calling, managing time, and presenting ideas professionally.

• Continuous Learner:
Eager to learn and improve; college degree not required but relevant experience is valued.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior quota-carrying experience

• Ability to build a network and utilize social media effectively for sales
