• Greet every customer promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership

• Ask qualifying questions to identify customer needs and guide them through the buying process

• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, including new and used inventory

• Build lasting customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, trim levels, packages, and technology

• Collaborate with management and peers to meet individual and team sales goals

• Overcome objections with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Follow up with prospective buyers and past customers to generate continued business

• Report daily activities and sales progress to the Sales Manager

• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Energetic, positive, and goal-driven attitude

• Friendly, competitive nature with strong negotiation and communication skills

• Previous retail, mobile, or automotive sales experience is a plus

• Strong computer and basic math skills

• Willingness to learn and become an expert in our product lineup

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Willing to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screening
