Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, based at Red Finch Rental in Provo, UT. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, manage inventory, supervise staff, and maintain store appearance. Responsibilities include effectively addressing customer inquiries, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and leading the team to meet sales and operational goals.

The Store Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and working collaboratively with other departments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Store Management, including overseeing day‑to‑day operations and achieving sales targets
• Strong customer‑focused skills, with expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and experience in ensuring the safety of inventory
• Leadership qualities, team management skills, and the ability to foster a positive work environment
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Previous experience in the retail or rental services industry is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus
