• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards, signage, and knowledge of assortment and brand offerings
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and support guest needs
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in backroom as needed
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills and merchandising to capacity
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through
• Support price change processes with signage where applicable
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise between fitting room and salesfloor
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
• Work safely and comply with safety policies, reporting hazards as needed
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) with policy compliance
• Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting guests during daily tasks
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping with Target
• All other duties based on business needs
