Overview

Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Inbound (Stocking) (T3316) rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.50 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests to solve their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Work across all departments to keep the sales floor full, zoned, and in stock; assist with truck unload and stock product to the floor.
• Move and display merchandise, complete scans and inventory checks to ensure accuracy; follow processes with attention to detail.
• Support execution of major transitions and maintain store interiors, including cleanliness and cart management.
• Process inbound deliveries using the receive application to ensure inventory accuracy; complete backroom audits.
• Operate powered equipment if certified, maintain backroom organization, and comply with safety policies and training.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up while adhering to applicable laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.
