Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is committed to community involvement, partnering with local nonprofit organizations to support various causes, including feeding the hungry and supporting childhood cancer research. The bakery donates all day-old bread to local charities, donating over 1 million loaves in 20 years.

We are currently seeking talented Baker for both full-time and part-time positions. The ideal candidate is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community engagement. As a Baker, you will be part of a dynamic team offering a menu of artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads made with honest, whole ingredients.

A successful Baker must:

• Have a proven track record in baking, following recipes, and attention to detail. Ability to lift and handle large quantities of dough and supplies is essential.
• Be adaptable to change and flexible in work schedule, with shifts starting around 10:30 am to 6 pm, and a Sunday shift from 6 am to 2 pm.

Qualifications include:

• Compliance with food handling and sanitation regulations.
• Formal baking or pastry education is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
