Shift: Swing Shift Monday - Thursday (1:30 PM – 12:00 PM)

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our Paint Shop Crew. This position plays a key role in supporting production by safely moving shooting ranges- metal plates between the paint shop and other departments. While this role does not involve painting, the ideal candidate will be responsible for operating lifting equipment such as cranes to hook, transport, and position heavy materials.

Additionally, the candidate will have opportunities to cross-train in other departments to support workflow demands and gain valuable skills across the production floor.

• Safely hook, lift, and transport shooting range metal plates using overhead cranes and other approved equipment.
• Move materials to and from the paint shop and other designated departments.
• Ensure safe handling of heavy materials to prevent damage to products and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during lifting and transport operations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Cross-train in other production departments and provide support as needed to meet workflow requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks.

  -75lbs +

High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior experience with material handling or operating cranes is preferred but not required (training available).
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and operate equipment responsibly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to learn and assist in multiple departments.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs - 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Demonstrates ability to self-manage. Consistently at work, on time. Takes responsibilities for own actions, takes initiatives, meets productivity standards, and generates suggestions for improving processes.
• Ability to work OT as needed.

This position requires steel-toed boots.

The position is almost constantly standing, bending/stooping, hearing/listening. Lifting 50 lbs - 75 lbs.
