Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing organization. The position involves managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, supporting client retention, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to overall organizational goals.

• Handle quoting for new and renewal business as needed

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-dated records of client interactions and account details
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to offer knowledgeable guidance to clients
• Assist with administrative tasks related to account management as needed

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
• Proven experience in commercial lines account management, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
• Proficiency with agency management software and standard insurance industry tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
