You’ll define our product.We’re hiring someone to define and refine our product portfolio.
- Define and refine our product portfolio including Solo Settle, Solo Suit, and Solo AI.
- Conduct user interviews including user experience interviews, and problem‑focused interviews.
- Review user feedback from many channels including our interview repository, survey response data, customer reviews, and support tickets.
- Streams tons of user session recordings.
- Use data to inform intuition and create product hypotheses.
- Turn product hypotheses into fully scoped engineering tickets.
- Create Figma designs for product features.
- Prioritize engineering tickets based prioritization formulas.
- Scale our product to hundreds of millions in revenue and beyond.
Solo is fully remote, so this job is fully remote. Salary range $90,000 – $210,000. Bonuses are administered quarterly based on revenue growth. Equity range is 0.001% – 1%.
You have a background in amazing products.We’re looking for someone with these qualifications.
- 6+ years of work experience
- Experience as a product manager. Preference is for the experience to have been on a consumer product that had $100m+ in revenue or to have grown significantly from $1m+.
- Experience at a tech startup that has gone through scale
- Some ability to code
- Desires to move uncomfortably fast
- Works by this principle: do for the customer what you would want done for yourself.
- Believes excellence is the only authority
- Discovers reality through data analysis and experimentation
- Continuously improves over time
