We’re hiring someone to lead our growth team.

• Lead growth
• Grow revenue quickly
• Oversee our primary channels of SEO, Google Ads, and affiliate, and support channels of business development, direct mail, direct digital outreach, and social
• Run many experiments constantly on all channels you are managing
• Cycle through build-measure-learn feedback loops to grow these channels
• Scale these channels to millions of dollars in revenue and beyond
• Build the growth roadmap and contribute to the development backlog

Solo is fully remote, so this job is fully remote. Possible titles also include Head of Growth, Director of Growth, or CMO. Salary range $150,000 – $250,000. Bonuses are administered quarterly based on revenue growth. Equity range is 0.001% – 1%.

We’re looking for someone with these qualifications.

• 10+ years of work experience
• Experience running SEO
• Experience running Google Ads accounts
• Experience running affiliate campaigns or other growth channels
• Experience at a tech startup that has gone through scale
• Some ability to code
• Desires to move uncomfortably fast
• Believes excellence is the only authority
• Discovers reality through data analysis and experimentation
• Continuously improves over time
• Experience in the debt collection or debt settlement industries is a plus
• Has a background in growth marketing, management consulting, or software development.
