Position Overview

We are seeking an IT Manager to lead our technology operation and support our continued growth. This is a highly hands‑on role overseeing all aspects of information technology, including systems administration, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, field sales and operations technology, and end‑user support. You’ll lead our IT team to keep operations running smoothly while supporting 200+ employees across corporate and field locations.

Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Systems Management
  • Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure including servers, networks, telecommunications, and cloud services
  • Administer Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet) for 200+ users across multiple locations
  • Oversee Net Suite ERP system including user management, customizations, integrations, and reporting
  • Support and maintain our custom‑built CRM system, working with development partners on enhancements and troubleshooting
Field Operations Technology
  • Support mobile technology needs for 100+ field installers and sales representatives
  • Manage mobile devices (phones/tablets), mobile app deployments, and field connectivity
  • Troubleshoot field access to Google Drive, custom CRM mobile functionality, and job documentation
  • Support GPS tracking and photo documentation tools integrated within our systems
User Support & Training
  • Lead a small IT support team while remaining hands‑on with tier 2/3 technical issues
  • Manage helpdesk ticketing system and ensure timely resolution (you’ll handle many tickets yourself)
  • Personally onboard new employees with equipment setup, accounts, and system access
  • Be the go‑to person when systems have issues—you’re the escalation point
Strategic Planning & Projects
  • Develop IT roadmap aligned with business objectives while working within budget constraints
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies to improve efficiency without unnecessary complexity
  • Work with external developers/vendors on custom CRM modifications and integrations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of progressive IT experience with at least 2 years in a management or senior technical role
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Google Workspace administration (user management, security, groups, etc.) and Microsoft Office 365 administration
  • Experience with Net Suite or similar cloud‑based ERP systems (administration, customizations, reporting)
  • Solid understanding of networking, cybersecurity fundamentals, and cloud infrastructure
  • Self‑starter mentality with ability to prioritize and manage multiple urgent issues simultaneously
