The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is a luxury resort located in the famed Deer Valley ski resort, approximately 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. The hotel is part of a new development that includes 17 ski lifts, approximately 1,600 residential units, 8 hotels with a total of 1,350 rooms, 250,000 square feet of conference and retail space, and one of the largest ski beaches in the world.
It offers 436 luxury accommodations, 30,000 square feet of versatile indoor meeting space, multiple dining venues, a kids club, and a fitness area.
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage operations within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting, training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws, coordinating special events, and maintaining food and beverage cost control. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a focus on service excellence.

- Minimum of 2+ years as Food and Beverage Management (preferred)
- Wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment (preferred)
