A luxury resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent who will be the first point of contact for guests, providing polished service and managing check-in/check-out processes. Responsibilities include delivering world-class hospitality, assisting with reservations, and coordinating guest needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, front desk experience, and be able to multitask in a busy environment.
