Front Desk Receptionist - Behavioral Healthcare

Part-Time

Shift: 4PM - 8 PM

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Locations: 763 North 1650 West, SPRINGVILLE and 4501 N. University Ave. PROVO (must be available to work at either location as needed)

Provo Canyon School is a psychiatric residential treatment facility serving youth who may be dealing with emotional, behavioral or academic challenges. We work with boys and girls, ages 13 through 17.

• Responds to direct requests or questions from customers in a timely manner
• Flexible work schedule; availability for evening, weekend, and holidays
• Responsible for completing daily reception duties during assigned shift
• Responsible for communicating to the reception team of critical and informative information; updating the communication log at the end of every shift
• Collaborate with other departments to assist with requests and shift coverage
• Order and maintain office and visit room supplies

• MUST be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
• Ability to pass thorough background check and drug screen
• Acceptable oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain information as highly confidential and familiarity with medical and psychological terminology preferred
• Skilled in dealing courteously with the public, staff and patients within the school
