OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT – PROVO REHABILITATION & NURSING CENTER – PROVO, UT. Flexible schedule with work-life balance.

Provo Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a post-acute care facility offering long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services. We provide a stable in-house therapy team and programs serving geriatric clients in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program.

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices, under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes and effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active State license/registration where applicable.
