This is an exciting opportunity to work in our fast-paced Cardiology Clinic as a Customer Care/Medical Receptionist. A successful candidate must maintain a professional image in the office and in all communications. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining good patient and staff relations and providing outstanding customer service and care. This position will work at Cardiology Clinics in Lehi.
Essential Job Functions- Facilitates checking in and assisting patients
- Maintains efficient and effective workflow
- Verifies patient identification, information and orders tests requested by providers
- Registers and enters patient demographic and insurance information
- Other duties as assigned
- Outstanding customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Must be a self-starter, a team player, dependable, friendly, and professional and be able to multi-task and work efficiently while remaining calm and productive.
- Basic computer skills and keyboarding competency
- Previous medical experience and Spanish speaking proficiency would be preferred but not required.
This is a full-time position. Our office hours are open between 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. The position will also be helping with occasional outreach clinic coverage that may require a candidate to work between 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. These are scheduled in advance.
