Through comprehensive training and mentorship, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of clinic operations and develop the skills to lead and drive business growth.

As a key liaison between our organization and our patients, you will connect with individuals, promote innovative medical solutions, and help them reclaim their lives.

Note: This position requires a willingness to relocate.

• Rotations:
  Immersive 1-3 month rotations across various clinic positions to gain knowledge and leadership skills
• Persuasive Communication:
  Promote our advanced healthcare options and overcome customer objections
• Business Development:
  Drive business growth and collaborate on innovative marketing initiatives
• Elevate Patient
  
  Experience:
  
  Advocate for mental health, educate customers on transformative treatments, and prioritize patient satisfaction
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  Master our Electronic Health Records system for accurate and efficient care coordination
• Strategic Consultations:
  Develop consultation skills to gather patient information and design personalized treatment plans

• This position is contingent on successfully completing a criminal background check upon hire

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or currently pursuing a business-related field of study, demonstrating leadership and team management
