Base pay range$56.00/hr - $87.00/hr

About This Role
As an Advanced Practice Provider in Palliative Medicine you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will work with alongside a very well established Palliative Care team of 2 physicians, 3 APPs, a Social Worker, a Chaplain, and an RN.
- You will primarily practice at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, UT
- Occasional shifts at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, UT
- PRN – as needed role
- You can expect 2-3 shifts a week through the end of the year then 4-5 shifts a week with a potential of moving to full time in the future.

What You’ll Bring- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- 1-2 years of experience in specialty care, Palliative preferred
- No New Grads, Please
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
