Therapist at Receiving Center - Part Time

This onsite role offers a unique opportunity to support adults experiencing mental health crises while working alongside a compassionate, highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Our Receiving Center operates 24/7, 365 days a year, providing critical crisis intervention services in a fast‑paced, supportive environment where your clinical skills truly matter.

Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

$28.50–$44.03 DOE and Licensure

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy
• Complete intake assessments, clinical interviews, documentation, and discharge planning
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Manage and maintain an assigned caseload
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure continuity of care
• Support individuals experiencing acute mental health crises with empathy and professionalism
• Contribute to a culture rooted in integrity, safety, and clinical excellence

• Associate Licensure (Utah): CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT
• Full Licensure (Utah): LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience or interest in mental health treatment
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to ethical practice, client safety, and professional growth
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Spanish‑speaking applicants may qualify for a wage increase

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
