Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation: $28.50 – $44.03 Depending on experience & licensure.
Therapist I with Associate Licensure $59,280 – $75,067 annually.
Therapist II with Full Licensure $72,300 – $91,582 annually.
Spanish speaking preferred but not required.

Your role as aAs a Full‑Time Therapist at Wasatch Behavioral Health's Provo Family Clinic (PFC), you can expect a fulfilling daily routine centered around providing high‑quality care to clients. Your day will primarily involve conducting one‑on‑one therapy sessions, where you will utilize evidence‑based practices to support individuals in overcoming challenges and achieving their mental health goals. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will be expected to contribute to treatment plans and attend regular staff meetings for continuous improvement and communication.
Additionally, you will engage in ongoing professional development, including supervision and training sessions that will enhance your skills and knowledge in the field. Expect to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients while practicing empathy and problem‑solving in a relaxed yet professional environment. Your schedule will vary weekly.
