Our Dermatology department has an opening for a full‑time Clinical Triage MA. The triage position helps assist with patient questions, prescriptions, and nurse visits. This position will be for both our Lehi and Provo locations. Come join our positive, fun, interesting, and fast‑paced medical environment. • Answer patient phone calls, answer questions, relay information.
• Return patient phone calls.
• Assist with nurse visits (removing sutures, applying allergy patches, changing bandages, and other related tasks).
• Oversee incoming faxes.
• Help teams with draws, rooms, tools, and tasks.

Experience in a medical office (preferably dermatology) MA certification is preferred but not required. Must have outstanding customer service, organization, and attention to detail. Must also be a self‑starter, team player, dependable, friendly and professional. Be able to multi‑task, have proper phone etiquette, and work efficiently. CPR certification required upon hire.
