Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the cross‑functional clinical team to deliver high‑quality patient care and operational excellence.
  • Manage the complete operation and performance of the outpatient clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships and supply ordering.
  • Identify and address employee and patient concerns in partnership with the Regional Operations Director to drive regional goals and standards.
  • Provide autonomy over clinic operations while receiving guidance from director, regional peers, and company leadership.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree required;
    Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in healthcare, business or military management (or equivalent renal experience).
  • Current CPR certification required (or to be obtained within 60 days of hire).
  • Current RN license if required by state of employment.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong collaboration with clinical and financial teams.
