Loan Processor​/Appraisal Management Coordinator

We’re hiring a
loan processor, mortgage support specialist, or customer service professional
who’s ready to grow in the
appraisal management
side of the mortgage industry. This position supports
appraisers, lenders, and processors
to ensure that appraisal orders move smoothly from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is responsible and is self-driven to problem solve and provide excellent customer service. This could be a great opportunity to grow and develop within our organization.

If you’ve worked in
mortgage processing, loan origination, customer service, or title/escrow
, your skills will transfer perfectly. We are also looking for candidates who are driven to learn these skills and utilize on-site training that will be provided.

• Coordinate and track appraisal orders from assignment through completion
• Communicate with
  lenders, appraisers, and internal staff
  to ensure deadlines are met
• Review appraisal reports for completeness and compliance before delivery
• Provide clear and professional
  customer service
  via phone and email
• Manage and update loan files and appraisal documentation in our platform
• Flag and help resolve issues that could delay closing
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workflow

• Experience in
  loan processing
  ,
  mortgage operations
  , or
  appraisal management
• Strong
  communication and organization
  skills
• Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of
  FHA, VA, and conventional loan guidelines
  (a plus)
• Proficiency with loan origination systems (LOS), Encompass, or appraisal portals is helpful
