Credentialing Analyst

Description We are looking for a Credentialing Analyst to join our dynamic team in Provo, Utah. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to leverage your financial expertise while delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial processes and fostering seamless collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and manage credentialing processes to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

- Communicate complex financial details and policies effectively to non-expert audiences.

- Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to identify process improvements and drive efficiency.

- Maintain accuracy in billing, financial forecasting, and related processes.

- Partner with finance, sales, and customer success teams to resolve issues and implement best practices.

- Provide outstanding customer service to stakeholders, ensuring attentive and respectful interactions.

- Handle high volumes of stakeholder requests while adhering to response timelines and monthly deadlines.

- Work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Requirements - Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.

- At least 1 year of experience demonstrating attention to detail in finance or customer support roles.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
