The Engineering Systems Specialist will support, maintain, and enhance the engineering systems and tools that drive our product development and innovation efforts. This role bridges the gap between engineering, IT, and operations, ensuring that our design tools, data systems, and workflows function efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include providing technical support and administration for the engineering department across various applications (e.g., Windchill, Decisions, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite), recommending suitable applications for engineering systems, performing installation, configuration, and maintenance for end-users, authoring technical manuals, specifications, training materials, service requests, and standard operating procedures related to department systems, and managing private consultants involved in customizing, configuring, implementing, and administering software applications used by the department.
