Required Degree: MS in Educational Leadership, Educational Foundations, Multicultural Studies, or a related field.

The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience:

Required Qualifications:

* In-depth understanding of multiculturalism in schools

* Understanding of modern educational systems, institutions, and practices

* Experience effectively teaching in-person or online, or aptitude to do so

* Commitment to Christlike leadership and service

Preferred Qualifications

* University-level teaching experience

* Experience as a teacher or administrator in K-12 schools

Duties/Expectations:

The Educational Leadership and Foundations Department in the McKay School of Education is hiring an adjunct professor to teach EDLF 614:
Education of Diverse Populations. The purpose of this course is to help educational leaders to understand multicultural issues in educational theory and practice, with special reference to race, ethnicity, gender, and socioeconomic status. Duties will include teaching a 3 credit course in Spring semester, 2026, which involves the following:

* Planning and delivering lessons twice each week, with a 3-hour session Thursday and Saturday;

* Grading students' assignments.
