We are Hiring for a (Part-time) Outbound Tele-Sales - Customer Service Specialist!This position will start as soon as possible in our local call center Provo. Part-time afternoon / early evening hours from 2:00pm to 6:00pm

In this role, you will be calling our existing customers scheduling appointments for preventive maintenance services or equipment upgrade consultations.

Work Hours
:
Monday through Friday, 2:00pm to 6:00pm

Work Schedule: Part time

Pay Rate
: $18.00 per hour + Commission & Bonuses

Requirements
:

Stellar customer service skills

High levels of personal energy, honesty, empathy, and self-motivation

Good listening skills with ability to solve customer concerns to overcome purchasing objections

Ability to work within a structured environment that is goal-oriented

Prior direct sales experience preferred, but not required

High School Diploma or equivalent
