Job Summary/Basic Function

This position performs audits of purchasing card transactions. These audits determine appropriateness of expenditures and accuracy of processing, recording, documenting and reconciling. These audits are conducted to ensure compliance and are shared with upper leadership.

Required Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• One year auditing, accounting, purchasing or related experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Work Spaces, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred:

• Proficiency in SAP Concur or similar expense management system
• Experience with Higher Ed. purchasing and p-card practices
• Experience with Utah State procurement code
• Prior experience in university or college setting
• Familiarity with audit analytics tools to assist in identifying trends
