We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of customer empathy, design partnership, and delivery excellence. You’ll help evolve the workflows, experiences, and integrations that power how customers manage their benefits within Bamboo
HR. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who’s motivated by solving meaningful problems and shipping work that matters.
You will:
- Partner closely with design and engineering to craft elegant, scalable solutions that simplify complex benefits workflows and improve customer outcomes.
- Develop a deep understanding of the benefits administration domain through customer research, data analysis, and ongoing collaboration with internal experts.
- Clearly define and prioritize problems that matter most to customers — turning insights into actionable opportunities.
- Drive clarity and alignment across cross‑functional teams, ensuring that strategy, roadmap, and execution reflect shared priorities.
- Deliver solutions that balance long‑term product evolution with near‑term impact, using data and experimentation to learn quickly.
- Regularly evaluate product effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative feedback, identifying opportunities to improve usability and satisfaction.
- Foster a strong, collaborative triad with engineering and design, empowering each function to do its best work.
- Communicate decisions, rationale, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders at every level — driving alignment without slowing momentum.
- Leverage AI tools and principles to enhance discovery, definition, design, and delivery throughout the product development lifecycle.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- You feel aligned with the Bamboo
HR values. - 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful, customer‑centered products.
- Strong experience working with cross‑functional teams — design, engineering, research, and operations — to bring ideas to life.
- Comfortable balancing creative and analytical thinking; you can zoom out to strategy and zoom in to detail.
- Technical fluency that allows you to engage effectively with engineers and make informed tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into product decisions that move key metrics.
- Skilled in Agile methodologies and experienced in both discovery and delivery.
- Organized, proactive, and decisive — you create clarity and momentum in complex environments.
- Experience in Benefits Administration, HR Tech, or other workflow‑ or compliance‑heavy domains is preferred but not required.
