Spa Operations & Marketing Manager to lead spa execution, guest experience, and revenue performance.
The Spa Operations & Marketing Manager plays a key role in the success of Acaydia’s spa and clinic environment. This position is responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, front desk performance, guest experience, and the execution of revenue-driving initiatives. The ideal candidate is an execution-focused leader who thrives on accountability, consistency, and results, while maintaining a polished, on-brand experience for every guest.
This role works closely with campus leadership to ensure smooth operations, strong sales performance, and a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities Spa Operations & Guest Experience- Oversee daily spa operations, including front desk workflow, scheduling, service flow, and inventory
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience aligned with Acaydia standards and values
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional spa and clinic environments
- Train, coach, and hold front desk and spa staff accountable to performance and service expectations
- Own spa and clinic sales performance across services, retail, packages, and promotions
- Set clear sales expectations and execution standards for the front desk team
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as conversion, average ticket, retail attach, and rebooking
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective action when performance gaps arise
- Execute approved marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and in-house campaigns
- Ensure staff are trained on current offers, promotions, and sales messaging
- Maintain consistency in guest-facing materials, signage, displays, and promotions
- Support local partnerships, events, and referral initiatives as directed
- Work closely with the Campus Director and leadership team to align spa operations with campus priorities
- Collaborate with Admissions and Education teams to support clinic flow and student experience
- Provide regular updates and reporting on spa performance and operational needs
- Experience in spa operations, staff management, and customer service
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, promotional planning, and branding
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead effectively
- Proficiency in scheduling software and business management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the aesthetic or wellness industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered
