Care Team Assistant/Receptionist (Full‑Time)

Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full‑Time Care Team Assistant/Receptionist at our South Provo Clinic in Provo, Utah. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. This onsite role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.

• $16.49 - $20.90 per hour DOE

• Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Greet and assist clients, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
• Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and maintain office organization.
• Verify insurance information, collect co‑pays, and ensure smooth flow of operations.

• Successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review, and criminal background check.
