Staff Accountant

This position will be responsible for performing the accounting processes for Crumbl Enterprises in tandem with other accountants and Controllers.

The position will report to the Corporate Controller and is expected to be able to work independently to oversee and accomplish regularly occurring accounting tasks and to be able to communicate needs and issues with the appropriate departments and executive leaders as needed. The person who fills this position will need to communicate clearly with accountants and non-accountants alike in order to fulfill their responsibilities.

• Assist in the month, quarter, and annual finance close processes.
• Complete monthly reconciliation files for balance sheet accounts (prepaids, accrued expenses, etc.)
• Prepare journal entries, review general ledger accounts and prepare reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP.
• Work with other accounting team members to accurately record inter-subsidiary transactions.
• Upload journal entries for Payroll to our accounting software
• Other duties as assigned

• 2 years accounting experience.
• High level of comfort with accounting software, namely Net Suite.
• High level of proficiency with spreadsheet applications.
• Able communicator, capable of communicating accounting needs to accountants and non-accountants alike to complete tasks.
• Capable of analyzing workload and prioritizing well.
• Familiarity with database management, and database normalization, and generally aware of good data practices.
• Capable of learning new software and processes quickly.
• Capable of using MacOS or learning a new operating system quickly.
