Transport Driver
- Compensation: $35-$38/hour, depending on experience
- Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 2pm-12:30am
The Transport Driver is responsible for transporting finished goods from the Production Center to Distribution Centers in a professional, compliant, safe and timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Transport finished goods and raw materials between facilities
- Load and unload finished goods and raw materials using a forklift or pallet jack
- Check accuracy and stability of the load
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Operate industrial vehicles and equipment
- Connect and disconnect trailers
- Maintain DOT time log, Bill of Lading and other paperwork as required
- Maintain vehicle, product, equipment and other company property to company standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
- Class A Commercial Driver's License and Clean MVR required
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 Years of General Work Experience required; 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand‑truck) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
