• Accept calls and respond to Dispatch or members with ETA to destination. Locate members and greet them, managing emotional states and providing technical assistance.
• Provide minor mechanical assistance and towing service as required, ensuring safety and following club policies and AAA towing manual.
• Maintain the service vehicle and equipment, inventory tools, and adhere to traffic laws to avoid injury and damage.
• Promote AAA products and services, educating members on battery replacement and referrals to appropriate technicians.
• Work independently, adapt to variable shifts for a 24/7 operation, and handle changing traffic, weather, and pressure situations.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Post‑secondary training in automotive mechanics and familiarity with electrical troubleshooting.
• Active, valid driver’s license issued by one state or jurisdiction.
• DOT card pre‑hire and current within 1 year.
• Pass motor‑vehicle record check during pre‑hire screening and periodically during employment.

Base pay $21.50 – $24.75 / hour. Additional $2.75 per hour overnight differential (10 pm–6 am), $1.75 per hour evening differential (6 pm–10 pm), and $1 per hour weekend differential. Differentials may be combined.

Shift Mon., Tues., Fri., Sat. 12:00 PM–10:30 PM.
