We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions across a range of enterprise initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to partner closely with engineering and product teams to drive quality strategy, enhance testing practices, and support modern development workflows.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive testing strategies across complex applications
• Partner with engineering and product teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Drive and expand automation efforts to improve efficiency and coverage
• Identify gaps in testing processes and recommend scalable solutions
• Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and support timely resolution
• Contribute to release readiness by ensuring stability and reliability of new features
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in quality assurance

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in software quality assurance within modern, agile environments
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, integration, and regression testing
• Experience supporting or developing automated testing frameworks
• Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/delivery concepts
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and think critically about system behavior
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working on large-scale or enterprise-level applications
• Exposure to performance, security, or end-to-end testing practices
• Background in highly regulated or data-driven environments
