Compensation: $21/hour

As a concierge, you will be responsible for greeting residents and visitors providing an at home feel to the lobby area, managing requests, providing tours, answering telephone calls with a positive spirit and maintaining daily logs and forms. This location has two properties adjacent in Providence, Rhode Island with 24/7 concierge services in each building. We are looking to grow our team with full time and part time concierges that are interested in the hospitality sector and in career with us.

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols
• Monitor CCTV
• Respond to emergency situations (fire alarms, medical emergencies or incidents)
• Monitor for suspicious activity and threats to the property and occupants
• Receive phone calls and dispatch response in a timely manner based on priority
• Maintain a detailed log activities
• Complete detailed reports (incident and medical)
• Maintain package operations
• Answer phones with positive spirit
• Effectively communicate with residents and members of management

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED. Bachelor s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar or same role in the luxury industry required.
• Previous concierge experience and knowledge of the surrounding areas and local attractions preferred.
• Experience working in fine dining restaurants, guest relations, travel and/or entertainment industry required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Must be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and a Rhode Island Attorney General Fingerprint and Background Check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Rhode Island Sick Time
