Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and drive overall business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales leadership or management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
