- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in sales, sales support, or a relevant insurance field
- Strong knowledge of Travelers products and the Property & Casualty marketplace
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within the territory managed
- Four or more years of insurance sales or related experience managing a book of business
- Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation (or willingness to pursue)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex tasks and priorities
- Experience utilizing digital sales tools effectively
