- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, generating meaningful leads and elevating brand visibility.
- Partner closely with operations, engineering, and production to ensure customer needs align with technical capabilities such as Cerakote, UV coatings, custom color matching, and more.
- Provide market insights, forecasting, and regular sales reporting to leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, strengthening customer relationships and securing repeat business.
- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience in coatings, surface finishing, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Understanding of industrial spray-coating processes or experience selling into manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter mindset and comfort working in a small, collaborative, family-run operation.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and trade shows.
- You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with ownership, gaining direct mentorship and real influence over pricing strategy, commercial direction, and process improvements.
- The environment is agile, collaborative, and hands-on—perfect for someone who wants autonomy paired with strong leadership support.
- You’ll gain exposure across a wide range of coating technologies and industries, deepening your technical and commercial experience.
- Your contributions will have a clear, immediate impact on company growth and customer satisfaction.
