Skin Health Sales Representative – Syneos Health Commercial Solutions

We are looking for a passionate, results‑driven sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a Skin Health Sales Representative, you will develop and manage an assigned territory, implement clients’ marketing plans, and provide educational and scientific support to healthcare providers and patients.

• Utilize marketing and selling materials tailored to the target audience.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory based on each client’s needs.
• Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of health providers and patients.
• Provide educational and scientific support for decision‑making to physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff.
• Track and report sales performance, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
• Live within the designated territory or within its boundaries to maintain regular in‑person visits.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Proven sales aptitude and a track record of success in outside sales.
• Must live within the territory or its boundaries.

• 2‑4 years of business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel and possession of a valid driver’s license to visit assigned healthcare accounts.
