What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute account plans for major corporate accounts, ensuring the entire sales process is managed effectively
  • Actively prospect new business opportunities with existing and potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, providing reliable sales forecasts and engaging in direct client meetings
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience selling complex enterprise software with revenue targets exceeding $500M
  • Ability to engage with C-suite executives using a consultative, solution-selling approach
  • Strong skills in managing multi-stakeholder sales processes from prospecting to closing
  • Deep understanding of AI applications in improving legal department operations

  • College degree preferred
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Experience in developing and executing account plans that contribute to sales strategy
  • Strong collaboration skills with a focus on achieving shared outcomes across teams
