Sr Sales Executive, Enterprise – Rhode Island/ Greater Boston
Job Summary
Strategic sales executive responsible for selling SaaS and HR solutions to enterprise clients in the core, human resources, and major market sales organizations. Generates revenue through new client acquisition and expansion of the existing client base.
Responsibilities- Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customers’ needs and present the Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision makers in accordance with the client’s preference on in person or virtual interaction to increase revenue and market share.
- Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals to end users.
- Prospect for new clients and referral sources utilizing the telephone, direct mail, seminars, client visits, or local marketing programs directed by Sales management.
- Analyze customer needs and interests, determine appropriate product solutions and refer to appropriate party when necessary.
- Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed dates as set by Sales management.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems or complaints.
- Represent the Corporation positively to clients and the community.
- May be required to travel outside of geographical territory for conferences, training sessions, or zone meetings.
- High School Diploma – Required.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred.
- 7 years of experience in relevant professional sales.
- 5 years of experience in the HCM industry.
- Experience carrying a sales quota.
- CORE HCM provider experience.
- Experience working with mid-size businesses or larger.
- Driver’s License – Required.
Base salary plus commissions ranging from $85,000 to $250,000, with additional total rewards components depending on geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
