Overview

Swedish Match North America LLC develops, manufactures, and sells high‑quality products with market‑leading brands such as ZYN nicotine pouches and other smokeless tobacco products. We are one of the fastest‑growing consumer‑packaged‑goods (CPG) producers and ZYN is the number one selling nicotine pouch in the U.S. In support of this vision, we are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Savannah, GA / Beaufort, SC area. The successful candidate will manage all sales and operational functions within the assigned geography.

Responsibilities
  • Sell and service Swedish Match products in retail stores across the assigned territory.
  • Establish new item distribution, execute promotions, and manage merchandising to ensure product freshness in all stores.
  • Utilize sales data to develop fact‑based presentations for customers and follow the prescribed call process.
  • Handle all administrative aspects of the role, including expense reporting and point‑of‑sale material coordination.
  • Perform physical sales activities that require lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 20 feet of overhead items and up to 20 pounds (occasionally 50 pounds).
  • Submit weekly expense reports for travel and other incurred costs if a corporate credit card is not issued.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience.
  • Experience in non‑durable consumer goods sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem‑solving ability and creative solution development.
  • Critical thinking and proven sales‑situational acumen.
  • Analytical skills to review data and develop sales plans.
  • Planning skills to prioritize activities for results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business math.
  • Candidate must live within the geographic assignment.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Base Salary Range

$60,000 – $80,000
