, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" (and beyond) by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. It also means taking pride in knowing that your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store!

What will I do as a Shift Leader?- Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests during their experience in our bakery
- Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating relevant information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to company standards, and assisting in training and coaching team members
- Ensure a safe, clean working environment for guests and staff, adhering to safe food handling practices
- Manage cash handling and deposits
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-focused role
- Experience with Point of Sale systems
- Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
- Ability to lead by example and motivate others
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
